Hoodoo is John Fogerty's third solo album, recorded in 1976 but never released. Fogerty and Joe Smith, the head of the label, together decided the album was not up to the high John Fogerty standard. He has confirmed in numerous interviews that he had the master tapes destroyed, although bootleg copies of varying quality have leaked.
